This class “A” business center will be located in the Airport district, a very laid-back and welcoming area to the north of the Moscow’s Garden Ring. It features festive Stalinist-style buildings in Leningradsky Prospekt, quiet streets and lots of greenery. The project involves the construction of an office center comprising a 3-level underground car park and 24 aboveground stories of 38 700 sq. m total area. The building is unique and represents a Consequence Class 1 building. The building is proposed to have the façade in natural stone that will be delivered from European quarries. The construction of the office center is being implemented as part of VTB Arena Park multipurpose development.

The new modern VTB Arena Park development comprising a new stadium for 33 000 spectators, a hotel, apartments and office buildings is bound to become one of the most attractive and picturesque landmarks of the city, a sightseeing attraction both for the city’s residents and visitors.

FODD Construction JSC is performing a set of works to construct Building No. 8. The construction is scheduled to be completed in 1Q 2020.
