The new club house project is located in one of Moscow’s cozy historic and cultural corners – Bryusov Pereoulok (Bryusov Lane).

The project aims to transform the building into an exciting modern property that would seamlessly merge with the surrounding historic buildings without invading into the existing architectural scene.

The building facades are designed in Art Nouveau style. The building’s architectural look is in line with the historic central Moscow style and fits perfectly into its surroundings. The building is part of a historic and urban planning environment located in the united cultural heritage sites conservation area. The project is special in that it involves the preservation (with reconstruction) of the existing facade facing Bryusov Lane.

The reconstruction of the residential building (including its façades) located at Moscow, Central Administrative District, 2A Bryusov per., bldg. 1is being performed by Fodd CJSC. The developer is Bryusov Estate LLC.
