West Garden is a unique business class project for a metropolis combining the benefits of living in nature and Moscow’s prestigious embassy location.

West Garden Stages 1 and 2 scheduled to be commissioned in 2022 involve the construction of 15 mid-rise (12-14 story) residential buildings with a total apartment area of 214 thousand sq. m and an underground car park for 1,586 vehicles.

The buildings of West Garden Stages 1 and 2 are represented by the River Line cluster consisting of eight residential buildings offering panoramic views of picturesque natural landscapes of the Setun River Valley nature reserve, and seven Park Line cluster residential buildings with their courtyard area designed as multicolor gardens, and their ground floors occupied by commercial infrastructure facilities. The architectural landmark of Stage 1 will be River Line Building 4 –Iconic – with its full stained-glass windows on all floors and open terraces.

The unique architecture of each residential building was created by the renowned SPEECH architectural firm; the courtyard and Ramenki River embankment improvement concept is being developed by ARTEZA.

The construction and detailed design of this technically complex property is being implemented by Fodd JSC.
