A new luxury residential complex situated on Malaya Bronnaya Street in the historic heart of Moscow. The project comprises the construction of a seven-storey building containing 24 apartments and a two-level underground car park. The façades of the building will be in the early 20th-century Neoclassical style still popular today. This bourgeois style is easily adapted to modern needs. The façade will be finished in natural stone, unique clinker tiles, and decorative elements made of architect stone.

Construction and detailed engineering (including utilities systems) of the residential complex at 15B, Malaya Bronnaya Street will be carried out by FODD.
