This apartment complex on Gorokhovsky Lane is located in an old-established Moscow neighbourhood, the former German settlement of Lefortovo.

The seven-storey apartment complex, with a symmetric unit composition, was designed by the architecture studio ADM. The complex includes an underground car park with 53 spaces and technical premises. The façades seamlessly combine panoramic glass, natural stone and decorative elements with floral designs. The complex is equipped with state-of-the-art MEP systems.
