This complex is comprised of a mixed-level building ranging from 16 to 19 storeys. The complex is L-shaped and includes a two-level underground car park and surrounding landscaped area. The design of the building, which is connected to the neighbouring Hotel Volga, is unique. The architectural design for the façades is based on a stylish combination of glass and covered surfaces. The complex is equipped with state-of-the-art MEP systems.
